Various colleges in India offer this course. Initially, this course was of a duration of three to five years, but now it is one-two year. Some colleges offer just a year’s course. Some colleges conduct their entrance examinations and the general examination is for a few institutes. This course is for those people who want to pursue their career in teaching or as a teacher.
Especially for getting a job as a teacher in primary schools and higher secondary, this is the basic degree required. A person having master’s in a subject is also denied the job if he does not possess the bachelor of Education degree
Attendance: Every student is required to attend all the Lectures, Tutorials, Practicals, and other prescribed Curricular and Co-curricular activities. Attendance can be condoned up to 20% on medical grounds or for other genuine reasons behind the control of students. The attendance shall be counted from of academic session whichever is later.
Ragging / Indiscipline: Ragging in any form is banned in the institution and anyone indulging in the act is liable to be reprimanded appropriately. Punishment may even include expulsion from the institution and or imprisonment for 3 years and/or a fine up to rupees 25,000/- as per the Indian panel code. The students and parents or guardians will have to give an undertaking that the student is aware of the law regarding raping rules and the parents/guardians agree to abide by the punishment meted out to his/her ward in cases he/she is found guilty.
Dress code: Our institute has its students prescribed a uniform during an internship, which develops a sense of identity with the institution providing an ID card.
Discipline & Code of conduct: Students are expected to behave in an orderly manner on all occasions and to obey the instructions that are notified from time to time.
The discipline committee comprising of faculty members and students oversees all issues concerning discipline.

B.Ed Education Selection process and examination:
How the students are selected after the examination: Documents are then verified for the final admission process. All the documents starting from the tenth standard mark sheet to the mark sheets of courses completed till date are verified only when the students are granted admission.
Career options after the Bachelors of Education B.Ed Education course: It is a
false fact that a person can only take up teaching as a career after completing his degree in Bachelor
of Education. However, this degree is a compulsion to become a teacher. Other qualifications are also
required.
To teach in higher classes one needs to go for master’s in the same subject that they have
done theirs under graduation and bachelor of Education. Students can even take up a higher level course
and go for a Masters in Education. The person who completes his Bachelors of Education degree can become
a teacher in government schools as well as private schools.
There are various other career options
too available after completing your Bachelors of Education. You can go for content writing jobs or even
become a journalist if you decide to choose that line. Students can even opt for the line of an
Educational consultant or Educational administrator.
B. Ed Education Admission Process: One can take admission by applying online as well as offline. For an online process, a student needs to send their filled application form along with document copies of 10th,12th and graduation and also ID and residence proof copies
